All meals require a 50% down payment seven (7) days in advance of your event. Total participant count is due seven (7) days prior to the event. Once the count is given to Foxcliff Golf Club, the event party is responsible for payment of the participant count given seven (7) days prior to the event regardless of no-shows and cancellations.
Additional participants may be added up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event. Foxcliff Golf Club should be notified immediately so we have adequate preparation time for additional participants.
